SOOT BLOWERS
We have successfully designed, manufactured and supplied more than 550 soot blowers to our national and international clients. In an Industrial boiler, soot/ ash/ slag accumulates on the surface of coils/ tubes results in reduction of heat transfer. Soot deposition can also erode and corrode metal surface. It is necessary to remove this accumulation periodically in order to increase efficiency of boiler performance.

This is designed to remove soot/ ash/ slag deposited on tubes in economizer as well as boiler tubes in low temperature zone (below 750 deg C). The lance element remains inside boiler/ economiser for all the time.
