Blenders
The ribbon blenders are designed with double helical ribbon blades and ensure fast and efficient blending. The ribbons are designed and placed to blend the material to finest mesh and gather the same at the centre for collection through drain nozzles. The outer ribbon displaces the material from ends to the centre while the inner ribbons move the material from the centre to the ends. This countercurrent action results in homogeneous blending. The glands are designed and machined in such a way to avoid ingress of foreign material through them.
Blenders are designed as per the relevant code of practice to withstand the rigours of both static and dynamic loads.
